22 weeks with twins & some changes..

How far along? 22 weeks 5 days
 Total weight gain/loss: +25 pounds
Maternity clothes? yes, most everything.  I'm down to 3 scrub tops that fit for maybe the next 2 or 3 weeks!
Stretch marks? Oh yes, they've been there for years.
Sleep: Not great, but pretty standard for where I'm at.  I can't get comfortable and as soon as I do, then I have to pee!
Best moment this week: Seeing the boys again at my growth ultrasound. 
Movement: Yes, getting stronger by the day!
Food cravings: sweets
Gender: TWO BOYS!!!!! Kaden Lucas & Logan Charles
Labor Signs: Contractions, especially if I'm up on my feet.  I spent last Saturday evening in L&D due to contractions.  Thankfully there wasn't too much of a pattern and no cervical change. 
Belly Button in or out? still in.
What I miss: Being able to be active.
What I am looking forward to: Getting past 24 weeks!  Obviously I don't want them to come anytime soon!
Milestone: Both boys weighed 1lb 5oz on Monday!  They are pretty big for where I'm at which the doctor is happy with.

That belly?  Is measuring 32 weeks! Ah...

I finally had my doctor's appointment on Thursday and was able to discuss what had happened over the weekend.  Because of the increased contractions and uterine irritability, I am officially on desk duty at work.  Working full time in a busy Pediatric clinic was taking its toll on me.  The doctor threatened to pull me out of work completely if they couldn't make it work, but thankfully that wasn't the case.  So for the next couple of weeks I will be doing all of our medication refills, and such.  In May I'll start answering phones and talking all excess calls that come in.  While this is not ideal, and will drive me absolutely crazy sitting all day, I know it's for the best.  I will do anything to keep these babies in, and to keep working as long as possible!  I have my next appointment in 2 weeks, and then my next growth ultrasound in about 3 weeks.  Hopefully these contractions stay away! 

20 weeks with twins

How far along? 20 weeks 2 days
 Total weight gain/loss: +20 pounds or so.
Maternity clothes? yes, most everything.  Scrub tops getting tighter every day...
Stretch marks? Oh yes, they've been there for years.
Sleep: Not horrible.  Usually have a good first 4 hours then up every hour or two to pee.
Best moment this week: 3.5 day work week.  Beautiful weather!
Movement: Yes!  Baby A seems to be more active, but they both have their active times.
Food cravings: sweets
Gender: TWO BOYS!!!!!
Labor Signs: Contractions every once in awhile..
Belly Button in or out? still in.
What I miss: Not much right now.  Feeling pretty good =)
What I am looking forward to: Next ultrasound on the 15th.  Hopefully going to part time in June (waiting to hear back from my employer.  Nothing is easy with them). 
Milestone: Over halfway!

On a separate note, my other baby (who is almost 3!!!) is having surgery tomorrow.  We are going for ear tubes round 2, and also getting his adenoids removed.  I really really hope this helps him not continue to get ear infections which then cause his horrible febrile seizures.  Please say a prayer that all goes well!!!
