Movement: definitely feeling light kicks, and a couple of rolls. I found out that my placenta is in the front so that is why his kicks aren't too strong yet!
Food cravings: sweet stuff! Today I made 2 dozen white cupcakes with chocolate frosting LOL. I guess I'll be taking those to work on Sunday!

It's a....

BOY!!! He is absolutely perfect, weighing in at 13oz today! We can't wait to meet you Ethan Dale!! :) He is measuring at 20weeks 5 days, but they aren't going to change my due date over that. So I'll stick with my current ticker!

mango!?

C was sitting at his computer tonight and said "So what size of fruit is the baby this week? You haven't updated me lately!" I usually always tell him what size the baby is and what new developments it is making every week. My ticker just updated today that baby is the size of a mango (don't think I have ever seen one of those LOL!) It made me happy that he is really interested and excited about this baby!! I know we both cannot wait until next Friday to see our little one again!! Praying he/she is healthy!! I'll leave you with a belly pic this week, but no survey!

Every night when he comes to bed (later than I do because I get up extremely early) he puts his hand on my belly and "holds" me and the baby. It makes my heart melt :)

17 weeks

I looked at my ticker the other day and was surprised it said 17 weeks! Where has the time gone? I hope the next 17 weeks go by as quickly, we are so ready to meet this baby! First we have to find out if t is a boy or girl!

Sleep: Not so great since I really dislike sleeping on my side!
Best moment this week: feeling the baby move a few times! Definite kicks, even if they were soft!

still wearing regular clothes! I can definitely feel my uterus and it is just making my fat pooch out more LOL. Maybe one of these days I'll look pregnant and not just fat! :)

Best moment this week: feeling flutters and a couple "taps" from the baby!
Movement: feeling flutters and a few taps so far. Last night it felt like tickling on the inside!
Food cravings: I'm loving cereal and potatoes (any kind)

Stupid cold

I woke up yesterday morning very congested, but hopeful that it wouldn't last. Boy was I wrong! When I woke up today I felt even worse! I have a horrible headache, sinus pressure, and congestion! C told me to just take it easy and lay on the couch all day which is exactly what I have done. I have been extremely bored all day, and there hasn't been anything good on tv! I have to work for the next 3 days (5am-5pm) so I am hoping I feel better when I wake up tomorrow!!

In baby news, we had our monthly appointment on new year's eve and things are still looking good! I have lost 11 pounds so far, but the doctor didn't seem concerned at all. Baby was playing hide and seek while she tried to find the heart beat, but it was nice and strong! Next appointment and big ultrasound is January 29th!!! We are so excited and cannot wait to see our baby again and find out if it is a boy or girl!!
